The Deposit Situation

We ask for a 50% deposit to lock in your spot. Think of it as putting your name on that perfect hair day.

The 48-Hour Rule

Life happens, we get it. But we need at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancel or reschedule with less notice and we won't be able to rebook you in the future (and no deposit refund, sorry).

The Punctuality Thing

We're not trying to be strict, but if you're more than 15 minutes late, we won't be able to do your service. Our schedule is pretty tight and we don't want to keep the next girl waiting for her hair transformation.

The Vibe Check

Just be kind to everyone in the studio. Our team works hard to make this place feel good, and everyone deserves respect.
